Valencia, CA — August 4, 2026— Technifex, a leading developer of innovative special effects technology, today announced the launch of the FauxFire® Wall Torch System, a new configuration of its proven fake fire technology platform.
The FauxFire® Wall Torch System delivers realistic wall-mounted simulated flame effects using theatrical fog, a compact Remote Fog Distribution Unit (RFDU), and our improved Wall Torch. Designed for themed entertainment, attractions, live events, and immersive environments, the system provides a flexible solution for applications where traditional flame effects or permanent steam infrastructure may not be practical.
Designed for Flexible Deployment
The FauxFire® Wall Torch System was developed to expand the installation options available for realistic flame effects. By incorporating a compact Remote Fog Distribution Unit (RFDU), the system enables portable, temporary, and seasonal installations without requiring dedicated steam infrastructure.
The RFDU distributes theatrical fog to multiple wall torches and supports integration with client-owned fog systems, allowing the system to adapt to existing production environments.
Supporting 4–8 wall torches from a single RFDU, the system provides a scalable approach for permanent attractions, seasonal installations, touring productions, and temporary themed environments.
